Saag Cooking Greens

Ingredients:

1.Spinach
2.Mustard leaves
3.Celery
4.Mustard oil
5.Mustard seeds
6.Cumin seeds
7.Urad dal
8.Garlic chopped
9.Ginger chopped
10.Spring onions
11.Green chillies
12.Salt to taste
13.Hing
14.Nut meg powder
15.Onions
16.Lemon juice


Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,urad dal and saute till nice golden colour,add garlic,ginger,green chillies,spring onions and saute for few minutes.
2.Add pinch of salt,hing and saute,now add finely chopped green veggies and mix well.
3.Cook for few minutes till moisture evaporates,after done add some water and mix well.
4.Cook for another few minutes,add nut meg powder and give it a mix finally sprinkle some onions and squeeze lemon.Serve hot.
