Vegetable Sheek Kabab

Ingredients:

1.Aratikaya (Plantain)
2.Chata masala powder
3.Corn chopped
4.Carrot chopped
5.Coriander chopped
6.Raisins chopped
7.Cashew nuts crushed
8.Cumin seeds
9.Garam masala powder
10.Green chillies
11.Lemon juice
12.Paneer
13.Red chilli powder
14.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.
Take a bowl in that grate boiled aratikaya,add green
chillies,coriander,cumin seeds,corn,raisins,cashew
nuts,paneer,salt,garam masala powder,red chilli powder,chat masala
powder and mix all the ingredients.
2.Knead well into a dough,if dough consists some moisture add some maida and knead well.
3.Now
take a wooden sheek,place the dough mixture and press evenly from top
to bottom,remove slowly from sheek and drop them in hot oil and deep
fry.
4.After done,sprinkle some chat masala powder,lemon juice.serve hot.
