Ingredients:

1.Green capsicum
2.Chironji
3.Coriander leaves
4.Coriander powder
5.Cumin seeds
6.Curd
7.Ginger
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Onion seeds
10.Mutton
11.Lemon
12.Fenugreek seeds
13.Mustard seeds
14.Oil
15.Onion
16.Red chilli powder
17.Salt to taste
18.Fennel seeds
19.Sugar
20.Sesame seeds
21.Turmeric powder
22.Cumin seeds

Preparation:

1.Take a pressure pan add oil,onions,salt and mix well till onions turn into nice golden colour.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder and mix well.
3.Add mutton,little water,coriander powder,red chilli powder and mix well.Close the pressure pan and cook till tender.
4.Now take another pan add mustard,sesame,fennel,onions seeds,cumin,chironji and fry well,blend this mixture into a smooth powder.
5.In the same pan add some oil,add ground paste and mix well,fry till it loses out oil from the mixture.
6.Add the gravy mixture to pan and mix well.Now once sauce is thickened add mutton,salt,curd and mix well.Cook on slow flame.
7.Finally add coriander leaves,chillies,ginger and lemon slices.
