1.Cashew nuts
3.Chana dal
6.Coriander seeds
7.Cumin seeds
8.Coconut powder
9.Red chillies
10.Curry leaves
11.Ginger garlic paste
13.Mixed veggies(Carrot,Beans,Radish,Shallots,Tomatoes,Drumsticks,Onions,brinjal,lady finger,cauliflower)
14.Mustard seeds
17.Salt to taste
18.Tamarind juice
19.Toor dal
20.Turmeric powder
21.Urad dal


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chillies,cashew nuts,onions,green chillies,curry leaves,pinch of hing and saute for a minute.
2.Add mixed veggies,turmeric powder,soaked dal,rice,some water as required.
3.Cover and cook till rice,dal an mix ed veggies are very well cooked.
4.Dry roast red chillies,fenugreek seeds,mustard seeds,whole garam masala,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,chana dal,urad dal,coconut slices or powder on medium flame for few minutes till nice aroma.
5.Now blend fried ingredients into a coarse powder.
6.Add groun powder to the pan and mix well,add tamarind juice and give it a mix.Cover and cook for few minutes till done.
7.Sprinkle some coriander seeds and serve hot.
