Ridgegourd and Fenugreek leaves

Ingredients:

1.Coriander leaves
2.Coriander powder
3.Cumin seeds
4.Curry leaves
5.Fenugreek
6.Ginger garlic paste
7.Green chillies
8.Mustard seeds
9.Oil
10.Onion
11.Ridge gourd
12.Salt to taste
13.Turmeric powder
14.Urad dal

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard,cumin seeds,urad dal and mix well.
2.Add onions,salt,curry leaves and let it cook for a minute.Add turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,ridge gourd and mix well.
3.Now add coriander powder and fenugreek leaves and close it with lid for 5 - 10 mins.
4.After done,sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
