Brinjal & Cucumber Chutney

Ingredients:

1.Brinjal
2.Chana dal
3.Coriander leaves
4.Cumin seeds
5.Curry leaves
6.Cucumber
7.Garlic
8.Green chillies
9.Hing
10.Mustard seeds
11.Oil
12.Dried red chillies
13.Salt to taste
14.Urad dal
15.Tamarind

Preparation:

1.Clean Brinjal and cut into small pieces.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add green chillies,garlic,tamarind and cut brinjal,cook till brinjal changes its colour.
3.After done transfer into a blender and blend very little.
4.Cut Cucumber into small pieces add the blended brinjal mixture into it.
5.Now temper the cucumber and brinjal mixture,add oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chillies,chana dal,urad dal,curry leaves,pinch of hing saute for a minute.Pour tempering on top of chutney and mix well.
