3.Cumin seeds
4.Curry leaves
6.Garlic paste
8.Lemon juice
9.Fenugreek powder
10.Mustard powder
11.Mustard seeds
13.Red chillies
14.Red chilli powder
15.Salt to taste
16.Turmeric powder


1.Slice carrot and cauliflower into small cubes and keep aside.
2.Take a bowl add red chilli powder,mustrd powder,fenugreek powder,garlic mashed,turmeric powder and mix well.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,red chillies,hing,garlic mashed and saute for a minute after done,switch off the flame and add curry leaves.Keep this tempering aside to cool down.
4.Now take spices mixture add temepring into it and mix it well, now add
cut Carrot and cauliflower cubes into it and mix it well at last add
lemon jice. keep this mixture for 6hrs  a side.
