2.Coconut powder
3.Coriander leaves
4.Garam masalas
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Lemon juice
9.Red chilli powder
10.Salt to taste
11.Turmeric powder


1.Take a bowl add liver pieces to that add red chilli powder,ginger garlic paste,salt,oil nad mix well.
2.Transfer the liver into a pan and saute till all moisture is evaporated,cook for few minutes till it turns into light brown colour.
3.Remove fried liver,in the same pan heat some oil, add garam masalas,onions,salt and saute till light golden colour.Add ginger garlic,turmeric,red chilli powder,coriander powder,coconut powder and mix well,add some water and cook for few minutes on slow flame for 10 minutes.
4.Add fried liver and mix well,cover and cook for 2 minutes till done.Sprinkle some garam masala powder,coriander leaves ,lemon juice and mix well.
