Lamb stew Kadi Dappadam


1.Lamb bones
2.Bay leaf
3.Coriander leaves
4.Coriander powder
5.Curry leaves
6.Garam masala powder
7.Whole garam masala
8.Ginger garlic paste
9.Green chillies
12.Red chilli powder
13.Rice paste
14.Salt to taste
15.Tamarind juice
16.Turmeric powder


1.Heat some oil in a pressure pan,add whole garam masala,bay leaves,onion chopped and saute.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,salt,green chillies,curry leaves and mix well.
3.Add lamb bones and saute for few minutes,now add some water,red chilli powder,coriander powder and mix well.Cook for 3-4 whistles.
4.After done add tamarind juice,water,coconut powder and bring it to boil.
5.Add soaked rice paste to the boiling pan without any lumps,bring it to boil for another few minutes.
6.Now sprinkle some garam masala powder,coriander leaves and serve hot.
