Paratha(Keema)

Ingredients:

1.Meat minced
2.Wheat flour
3.Red chilli powder
4.Coriander leaves
5.Green chillies chopped
6.Onion chopped
7.Tomatoes chopped
8.Coriander leaves
9.Cumin powder
10.Garam masala powder
11.Ginger garlic paste
12.Oil
13.Salt to taste
14.Turmeric powder

Preparation:

1.Take one cup Atta mix in a bowl with pinch of salt,oil and water and keep it a side.
2.Take a pan add oil,Fry onions,salt, turmeric  garlic and ginger, green chillies, Add tomatoes and mix well,when they are dry add minced meat and mix well.
3.Add cumin powder,garam masala,coriander powder, chilli powder,garam
masala cook till the meat becomes dry, once it is done add coriander
leaves.
4.Transfer the mixture into a plate and cool down,prepare  dumplings with atta and take equal stuffing,stuff this in atta and make a chapati.
5.Take a pan cook both the sides with butter or ghee,cook evenly and serve hot.
