Jowar ki roti

Ingredients:

1.Hot water
2.Jowar flour
3.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add pinch of salt to jowar flour and mix well with water hot water,prepare a soft dough.
2.Now take some of the atta as dumpling to make a roti, sprinkle jowar
atta first and put the dumpling press it with a hand to make a chapati.
3.Heat a skillet and place the chapati,on the top spread water on the to side of the roti with hand or cloth then rotate it to the other side.Cook on both sides evenly and serve hot.
