Ingredients
:


1.Rice
2.Urad dal
3.Onions
4.Green chillies
5.Chana dal
6.Ginger
7.Salt
8.Cooking soda
9.Curry leaves
10.Coriander leaves
11.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add soaked and blended ride,urad dal mixture,add some salt.
2.Add green chilli paste,curry leaves,coriander leaves,onions,soaked chana dal,ginger chopped,cumin seeds,cooking soda,salt and mix well all the ingredients evenly.
3.Heat oil for deep frying.Sprinkle some cooking soda and give it a stir.
4.Take 1 spatula full of batter,drop some soaked chana dal on top,gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry.
5.Fry till nice golden colour and serve hot.
