Jain Gravy

Ingredients:

1.Beans
2.Bottle gourd
3.Cashew nuts
4.Coriander leaves
5.Coriander powder
6.Whole garam masala
7.Garam masala powder
8.Koya
9.Oil
10.Paneer
11.Pumpkin
12.Red chilli powder
13.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Grate pumpkin,bottle gourd and keep it side, blend cashwnuts in blender keep it side.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add garam masala,grated pumpkin,bottle gourd and saute till it turns into brown colour.
3.Cook for 5 min and add red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt,cumin powder,cashew nut paste and cook for 2 mins then add tomato puree.
4.Cook till mixture releases oil,add some water as required and bring it to boil for 5 mins.
5.When gravy is thick add boiled beans,paneer, any vegetables as required mix well and then add garam masala powder,coriander leaves and mix well.Serve hot.
