Ragi Malt - Ambali

Ingredients:

1.Dry fruits
2.Milk
3.Ragi flour
4.Salt to taste
5.Jaggery
6.Water

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl mix ragi flour in some water to avoid lumps formation and keep it a side.
2.Boil some water in a pan,add ragi mixture and mix well.Cook for 5-8 minutes.
3.Once it is done add buttermilk or curd,salt and mix well and serve.
4.Another method take a bowl add some milk,dry fruits sugar or jaggery and ragi mixture mix well and serve.
