Mango Kalakand

Ingredients:

1.Dry fruits
2.Lemon juice it is used to curdle milk
3.Mango pulp
4.Milk curdled
5.Sugar

Preparation:

1.Take a pan,add sugar,mango pulp and mix well.
2.Add curdles mixture to the frying pan and mix well without anylumps.
3.Cook on medium heat till it turns into thick consistency,sprinkle some cardamom powder and mix well.
4.Pour into greased plate and form a thick layer.Rest aside to cool down the mixture and cut into desired shapes and garnish with badam slices.
