1.Besan flour
2.Rice flour
3.Onions sliced
4.Oil for deep frying
5.Salt to taste
6.Red chilli powder
7.Green chillies chopped
8.Ginger garlic
9.Cashew nut soaked
10.Cumin seeds


1.Take besan flour in a bowl add rice flour,cumin seeds,oil and mix well.
2.Take another bowl add onions,salt and mix well,so that onion releases moisture.
3.Add red chilli powder,green chillies,curry leaves,ginger garlic paste,cashews and mixed dry flour mixture.
4.Mix all together,if need splash some water.Drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Transfer onto a paper napkin an remove excess oil.Serve hot.
