Tamarind Red Chilli Pickle

Ingredients:

1.Raw tamarind
2.Red chillies
3.Chana dal
4.Cumin seeds
5.Curry leaves
6.Garlic
7.Hing
8.Mustard seeds
9.Oil
10.Red chillies dry
11.Salt to taste
12.Turmeric powder
13.Urad dal

Preparation:

1.Take Tamarind remove the seeds blend to corse paste and keep a side.
2.Now blend red chillies coarsely and mix with tamarind paste,add salt,turmeric,garlic,cumin seeds and blend once again.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin,urad,chana dal,garlic and saute for few minutes.
4.Cook till it turns into light brown colour,switch off the flame,add hing,curry leaves.Pour tempering on pickle and mix well.
