Ragi Vada

Ingredients:

1.Ragi flour
2.Chilli flakes
3.Curry leaves
4.Putnalu
5.Peanuts
6.Salt to taste
7.Onions
8.Green chillies
9.Coriander leaves

Preparation:

1.Blend putnalu,peanuts in blender into a coarse powder.
2.Transfer the ground powder into a bowl,add ragi flour,onions,green chillies,coriander,salt and mix well with water,prepare vada consistency.
2.Heat sufficient oil for deep frying,prepare small balls with the mixture and flatten it by pressing with your hands.
3.Gently drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
