4.Cumin seeds
5.Curry leaves
6.Green chillies
7.Mustard seeds
9.Red chillies
10.Salt to taste
11.Urad dal


1.First take tindora wash them and cut them into pieces and keep a side.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,garlic,tamarind,green chillies,dondakaya pieces,salt and mix well all the ingredients.
3.Cook for 5 minutes by covering a lid.
4.Once done,transfer into a blender and grind into a coarse paste.
5.For tempering heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chilli, urad dal, curry leaves.Finally add tempering to the chutney and mix well.
