Garlic Pepper meat balls


1.Mince meat
2.Red chilli powder
3.Coriander powder
4.Coriander leaves
5.Garlic cloves
6.Green chillies
8.Onion chopped
10.Salt to taste
11.Sooji (Bombay ravva)
12.Soya sauce
13.Turmeric powder
14.Cumin seeds


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,onions,salt,cook till light brown colour.
2.Add turmeric powder,ginger garlic paste,mix well then add red chilli powder,coriander powder,coriander chopped and mix well switch off the flame and rest aside to cool down.
3.Soak bombay ravva in a small bowl for 2 min.
4.In another bowl take meat mince,add sooji remove water,then onion masala
mix well if require add salt,chilli powder mix well and make into small
balls and keep a side.
5.In the same pan add some oil and heat it,add meat balls and cook for few minutes now add green chillies,pepper crushed,soya sauce and mix well.Cook for 3-5 min and switch off the flame and serve hot.
