1.Heat some oil in a pan,add chan dal,urad dal,coriander seeds,mustard seeds,cumin seeds and saute for a minute.Transfer into a plate.
2.In the same pan,add green chillies,transfer into the same plate.Add some oil,gongura leaves and mix well,cook on medium flame till leaves are tender.
3.Take a blender jar,add coconut,green chillies,fried tempering mixture,tamarind and blend well.
4.Add fried gongura leaves,garlic cloves,cumin seeds,coriander leaves,saltn and blend once again.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add red chillies,chana dal,urad dal,cumin,mustard seeds,garlic cloves,curry leaves and fry for a minute.
6.Transfer into gongura mixture and mix well,add some onion chopped and toss well.
