Spinach Moong Dal Fry

Ingredients:

1.Moong dal
2.Spinach
3.Curry leaves
4.Garlic
5.Ginger garlic sliced
6.Oil
7.Onions
8.Salt to taste
9.Turmeric powder
10.Urad dal

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add urad dal and saute till light brown colour.
2.Add garlic,green chillies,onions and saute till translucent.
3.Add moong dal,ginger garlic paste and saute till moong dal turns slightly golden colour.
4.Add curry leaves,spinach,salt and mix well.Keep stirring the mixture,cook for 10 minutes till spinach oozes out moisture.Cook till done.Serve hot with phulkas and rotis.
