Beetroot Chutney

Ingredients:

1.Beetroot
2.Chana dal
3.Dry red chillies
4.Fenugreek seeds
5.Urad dal
6.Cumin seeds
7.Oil
8.Mustard seeds
9.Tamarind
10.Hing
11.Curry leaves
12.Coconut pieces
13.Salt to taste

Preparation:

1.Dry roast red chillies,fenugreek seeds,urad dal,cumin,seeds,fenugreek seeds on slow flame till nice aroma,transfer into a blender and blend into coarse powder.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,tamarind,hing,curry leaves,coconut and saute for few minutes and transfer into a blender,ad ground powder and blend well.
3.Once done,add tempering mixture on top of chutney and mix well.Serve with rice or chapathi.
