1.Raw Mangoes
2.Green chillies
3.Mustard seeds
4.Cumin seeds
5.Chana dal
6.Red chillies
7.Curry leaves
8.Coriander leaves
10.Turmeric powder
13.Urad dal


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard seeds,chana dal,urad dal and fry for a minute.
2.Add red chillies,raw mango grated and mix well.Add curry leaves,hing,turmeric and fry for 5 minutes.
3.Add salt,mix well.Add fried green chilli paste and mix well.
4.Add urad dal,cumin,chana dal fried coarse powder to frying pan and toss well.
5.Cover and cook for 5 minutes till done,add some sugar as required and switch off the flame,serve hot with garnished coriander leaves.
