Liver and Dill leaves curry


2.Dill leaves
4.Salt to taste
6.Cumin seeds
7.Ginger garlic paste
8.Turmeric powder
9.Red chilli powder
10.Coriander powder
11.Poppy seeds and coconut paste
12.Pepper powder
13.Garam masala powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,onions,butter,salt and saute for few minutes til brown colour.
2.Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric,dill leave and saute for few minutes.
3.Now add liver pieces and mix well,add red chilli powder,coriander powder,poppy seeds and coconut paste and mix well.
4.Cover and cook for 10 minutes till oil oozes out,after done,add garam masala powder.Serve hot.
