Ingredients:

1.Maida
2.Besan flour
3.Ghee
4.Cardamom powder
5.Sugar

Preparation:

1.First take a non stick pan add ghee , then gramflour, maida and cook
till the raw flavour goes away cook on a slow flame and keep a side and it
should be warm by the time you add sugar.
2.Now take a small steel container,add sugar pour very little water,add some honey and give it a mix.
3.Add cardamom powder to the maida mixture and mix it well.
4.Grease some butter in a nonstick pan,pour sugar syrup in nonstick pan and mix continuously.
5.Pour mixture in maida batter and mix well till it attains threads,keep mixing until maida batter induces in sugar mixture.
6.Sprinkle some almonds and transfer the mixture on to flat surface and shape it evenly by greasing your hands with some oil.Cut in your desired shape and serve.
