Ingredients:

1.Vermicelli
2.Chironji
3.Dates
4.Ghee
5.Milk
6.Pistha
7.Sugar

Preparation:


1.Boil dry fruits and remove the skin of pistachios and chironji,slice them into small pieces,keep aside.
2.Heat some milk in a pan and keep aside,meanwhile fry dry fruits in ghee till nice golden colour,transfer into a bowl.
3.In the same pan add some more ghee and fry dates for few minutes.In the same pan add some ghee and add vermicelli,fry on medium flame for few minutes avoid over frying.
4.Add some water,sugar,boiled milk,fried dry fruits to the fried vermicelli and cook for few minutes.
5.Sprinkle some cardamom powder,switch off the flame and serve hot.
