3.Corn flour


1.Prepare jaggery syrup in a pan,add some water and bring it to boil till it attains ball consistency.
2.Wash,soak,dry thoroughly, corn and blend into a fine powder.
3.Add blended corn flour mixture,corn paste to jaggery mixture and mix well evenly.
4.Keep stirring the mixture till it attains dough consistency,rest aside to cool down for few minutes.
5.Heat oil for deep frying,divide the dough into equal portions and flatten them into thin small pooris on a plastic cover or banayan leaf,grease some oil to your hands and prepare rest other dough balls.
7.Drop them in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden brown colour,serve.
