Ansa - Phansachi Bhaji

Ingredients:

1.Mango pulp
2.Cumin seeds
3.Curry leaves
4.Fresh coconut
5.Garam masala powder
6.Goda masala powder
7.Hing
8.Mustard seeds
9.Oil
10.Raw Jackfruit
11.Ripe mangoes
12.Ripe pineapple
13.Salt to taste
14.Turmeric powder
15.Red chillies

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves,hing,turmeric,garam masala powder,goda masala and mix well.
2.Ad red chillies and coconut paste to the pan and mix well,cook till mixture releases oil.
3.Add salt,pineapple,jack fruit and mix well.Add some water and give it a mix,cover and cook for 5 min.
4.Add ripe mango,crushed mango pulp,little water and mix well.Cook till done.Serve hot.
