Methi Basin Ke Ghatte

Ingredients
:


1.Fenugreek leaves
2.Besan flour
3.Tomatoes
4.Onions
5.Salt
6.Red chilli powder
7.Turmeric
8.Mustard
9.Cumin
10.Bay leaves
11.Oil

Preparation
:


1.Take a bowl,add fenugreek leaves,besan flour,salt,oil and mix well with water,prepare a dough consistency.
2.Prepare rolls with mixture and keep aside,meanwhile boil some water in a pan,place the rolls and boil for 5 minutes by covering a lid.
3.Take another pan,add some oil,add cumin,mustard seeds and bay leaf,saute for few seconds.
4.Add fried onions,tomatoes paste to frying pan and mix well.Add turmeric,red chilli powder,cumin powder and mix well.
5.Add some water as required and bring it to boil,add some salt.Finally drop the rolls in gravy and mix gently.Cook till done,serve hot.
