1.Take a bowl add maida,baking soda and mix well with ghee,prepare a smooth dough.
2.Rest the dough aside for 2 hours.
3.Divide the dough into small equal portions and prepare round balls,flatten the ball and make a dent on both sides.
4.Melt sufficient ghee in a pan,add balls and fry till nice golden colour.
5.Meanwhile prepare sugar syrup in a separate pan,mix well.Keep stirring the mixture until it turns into thread consistency.Once done transfer fried balls in sugar syrup and soak for few minutes and serve.
