Samosa(Noodles)

Ingredients:

1.Noodles
2.Maida
3.Eggs
4.Green peas
5.Salt to taste
6.Capsicum
7.Onions
8.Potatoes
9.Carrot
10.Chat masala powder
11.Chilli sauce
12.Tomato sauce
13.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,break 2 eggs and saute for 2 minutes,add carrot,potatoes,onions and fry for few minutes.
2.Cover and cook till veggies are tender,add green peas,salt and mix well.Now add boiled noodles and give it a good mix,add chilli sauce,tomato sauce,chat masala powder and mix well evenly.Sprinkle some ajinomoto and cook for another 2 minutes till done.
3.Prepare a smooth dough with maida flour.divide the dough into balls,roll into thin pooris.
4.Place noodles stuffing in chapathi and close the edges by greasing some water,pat the edges firmly.
5.Gently drop the samosa in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour and crisp.Serve hot.
