Jeedimamidi Pandu Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Jeedimamidi Pandu
2.Tamarind
3.Jaggery
4.Besan flour
5.Green chillies
6.Onions
7.Hing
8.Coriander leaves
9.Salt to taste
10.Tempering seeds
11.Curry leaves
12.Cashew nuts
13.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a brass pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,hing and saute for few seconds.
2.Add onions,green chillies and salt,saute till onions are cooked.
3.Add jeedimamidi pandu pieces and mix well,cover and cook till tender.
4.Add tamarind juice,some water as required,some jaggery,cashew nuts and mix well,bring it to boil.
5.Dissolve besan flour in water and add to the boiling pan,cook till it turns into thick consistency,sprinkle some coriander leaves and serve hot.
