2.Moong dal pressure cook with spinach
3.Besan flour
4.Red chilli powder
5.Salt to taste
6.Turmeric powder
7.Tamarind juice
8.Tempering seeds
9.Garlic cloves
11.Curry leaves


1.Take pressure cooked moong dal,add red chilli powder,salt,turmeric powder,some water and cook for few minutes.
2.Add tamarind juice and mix well,cook for few minutes and keep aside.
3.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,curry leaves,garlic paste and saute for few minutes.
4.Add besan flour and cook till nice aroma,add pinch of hing and saute.Finally add pressure cooked moong dal to the pan and mix well.Cook for few minutes.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot.
