Stuffed Idly

Ingredients:

1.Urad dal
2.Idly ravva
3.Potatoes
4.Salt to taste
5.Onions
6.Green chillies
7.Coriander leaves
8.Curry leaves
9.Cumin seeds
10.Garam masala powder
11.Turmeric powder
12.Oil
13.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chillies,onions and saute till light brown colour by covering a lid for 5 min.
2.Add turmeric powder,salt,garam masala powder,boiled and mashed potatoes and mix well evenly.Sprinkle some coriander leaves.
3.Now prepare small round patties with the mixture,take idli plates and pour the batter into a layer.Now place the pattie in middle of the batter and pour the batter on top to cover it.
4.Steam idlies for 10-15 minutes till done.Transfer onto a tawa,place the idlis and drizzle some ghee,cook till nice golden colour.
