Kandi Undala Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Kandi podi
2.Masala podi (coriander seeds,coconut powder,dried red chillies)
3.Jaggery
4.Tamarind
5.Turmeric powder
6.Salt to taste
7.Onions
8.Tempering seeds
9.Garlic cloves
10.Curry leaves
11.Coriander leaves
12.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add kandi podi,masala podi,salt,garlic chopped,onions,tamarind pulp and mix well with water,prepare a stiff dough.
2.Prepare round balls with the mixture.
3.Take another bowl add remaining kandi podi,masala podi,tamarind,garlic,turmeric,tamarind pulp and mix well without lumps.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add prepared mixture and bring it to boil,add prepared balls to the frying pan and mix well.Cook till balls float on top.
5.Add jaggery,curry leaves and mix well.Heat some oil in a pan add tempering seeds and saute for few seconds.Serve hot.
