Menthiaaku masala puri

Ingredients:

1.Fenugreek leaves
2.Wheat flour
3.Besan flour
4.Salt to taste
5.Green chillies
6.Ginger
7.Garlic
8.Red chilli powder
9.Turmeric powder
10.Curd
11.Oil

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add wheat flour,besan flour,salt,fenugreek leaves,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder,curd,oil and mix well all the ingredients with water.
2.Prepare a stiff dough,meanwhile heat sufficient oil for deep frying.
3.Roll the dough balls into thin puris and deep fry till nice golden colour,serve hot with tomato sauce.
