Thotakoora Challa Pulusu

Ingredients:

1.Thotakoora
2.Buttermilk
3.Coriander leaves
4.Tempering seeds
5.Ginger
6.Mustard seeds
7.Cumin seeds
8.Salt to taste
9.Red chilli powder
10.Turmeric powder
11.Green chillies
12.Onions
13.Dried red chillies
14.Coconut grated
15.Sesame seeds
16.Fenugreek seeds
17.Chana dal
18.Coriander seeds
19.Sugar
20.Curry leaves
21.Vaamu
22.Oil

Preparation:

1.Boil some water in a pan,add thotakoora finely chopped,sugar,salt and mix well.Cover and cook till done.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add dried red chillies,cumin,mustard,curry leaves,turmeric powder,vaamu,green chillies,onions and saute for few minutes.
3.Soak chana dal,rice,sesame seeds,coriander seeds,fenugreek seeds overnight.
4.Now blend all the ingredients with ginger,coconut powder in a blender by adding some water.
5.Now add ground paste to buttermilk and mix well.Add boiled thotakoora,buttermilk,red chilli powder a pinch to tempering mixture and mix well.
6.Cook for 2 minutes on slow flame till done,garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
