Dosakaya Banda Pachadi

Ingredients:

1.Dosakayalu
2.Dried red chillies
3.Green chillies
4.Salt to taste
5.Red chilli powder
6.Turmeric powder
7.Mustard seeds
8.Tamarind
9.Fenugreek seeds
10.Coriander leaves
11.Urad dal
12.Chana dal
13.Hing
14.Oil

Preparation:

1.Grease some oil to dosakaya and cook on direct flame for few minutes all over.Once done transfer into cold water.
2.Heat some oil in a pan,add dried red chillies,chana dal,fenugreek seeds,urad dal,mustard seeds,hing a pinch,green chilli and saute till brown colour.
3.Now blend the tempering mixture into a smooth powder.
4.Peel the skin of dosakaya and cut into small pieces.To this add coriander leaves,ground powder,turmeric powder,salt,tamarind pulp and mix well.
5.Now blend this mixture into a mortar and serve.
