Ponnaganti Koora Fry


1.Ponnaganti koora
2.Urad dal
3.Mustard seeds
4.Cumin seeds
5.Dried red chillies
6.Coriander seeds
7.Chana dal
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Salt to taste
13.Red chilli powder


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add urad dal,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,dried red chillies,ginger garlic paste and saute till brown colour.
2.Add garlic cloves and fry till brown colour,add onions and fry till light brown colour.
3.Add ponnaganti koora and cook till 10 min by covering a lid,stir in between the mixture.
4.Add red chilli powder,salt and mix well.Now add masala powder (coriander seeds,dried red chillies,urad dal,chana dal,salt) and mix well.
5.Cook for a minute,add roughly crushed peanuts powder,give it a good stir.Switch off the flame and serve hot.
