Ingredients:


1.Vakhaayalu
2.Onions
3.Green chillies
4.Tamarind
5.Jaggery
6.Turmeric powder
7.Hing
8.Rice flour
9.Curry leaves
10.Oil
11.Garlic cloves
12.Tempering seeds
13.Salt to taste
14.Dried red chillies

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,red chillies,green chillies,garlic cloves,curry leaves,hing and saute for few minutes.
2.Add turmeric powder,vakhaaya pieces and mix well,fry for few minutes.
3.Now add boiled onions and give it a stir,add tamarind juice,jaggery,some water as required,salt and bring it to boil.
4.Add coriander leaves and transfer into a bowl.Serve hot
