2.Green chillies
3.Coconut milk
4.Dried red chillies
6.Coriander leaves
7.Curry leaves
9.Turmeric powder
10.Whole garam masala
12.Coriander powder
13.Ginger garlic paste
14.Salt to taste


1.Heat some oil in a pan,add whole garam masala,onions and fry for couple of minutes.
2.Add green chillies,ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute.Add coriander powder,red chilli paste and mix well.Add tomato puree,salt,turmeric powder and mix well,cook till raw smell goes off.
3.Add chicken pieces and mix well,cover and cook til done,add coconut milk and bring it to boil by covering a lid.
4.Add curry leaves,coriander,pudina leaves and mix well.Cover and boil for few minutes.
5.Sprinkle some garam masala powder,thick coconut milk and mix well.Cover and boil for till it turns into thick gravy consistency.Transfer into a bowl,sprinkle some coriander leaves.Serve hot.
