Ingredients:

1.Ponnaganti kura
2.Vaamaku
3.Thippaaku
4.Chenchala kura
5.Pindi kura
6.Tella galjeru
7.Guntagaragaraku
8.Curry leaves
9.Cumin seeds
10.Coriader seeds
11.Mustard seeds
12.Coriander seeds
13.Salt to taste
14.Chana dal
15.Urad dal
16.Tamarind
17.Green chillies
18.Dried red chillies
19.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some oil in a pan,add green chillies,coriander seeds and saute for few couple of minutes,once done transfer into a bowl.
2.In the same pan add some oil,fry all green leafy veggies and fry evenly,cover an cook for few minutes till leaves are tender.
3.Add turmeric,tamarind and mix well,cover and cook for a minute till done.
4.Now transfer the mixture into a mortar and blend into a coarse paste by adding garlic,salt.
5.Heat
some oil in a pan,add red chillies,tempering seeds,curry
leaves,coriander leaves and saute for couple of minutes,pour tempering
in chutney,add onions and mix well.Serve with rice.
