3.Chana dal
6.Cardamom powder


1.Take a bowl combine wheat flour,maida in equal ratios,add some ghee and mix well with water,prepare chapathi dough,keep aside for 10 min.
2.Grind dates,boiled chana dal in blender into a thick paste.
3.Sprinkle some cardamom powder and mix well.
4.Divide the dough balls,prepare small puris and place date stuffing and wrap around the edges.
5.Flatten the dough on plastic cover by greasing some ghee and press evenly like bobattu.
6.Heat a tawa by drizzling some ghee,place bobattuand cook evenly on both sides till nice brown spots appear.Serve hot.
