Egg Koftha Curry


4.Bread powder
8.Red chilli powder
9.Garam masala powder
10.Ginger garlic paste
11.Turmeric powder
12.Tempering seeds
13.Green chillies


1.Take a bowl add potato mashed,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric,maida and mix well.
2.Take boiled eggs and stuff the outer part with potato mixture,roll in bread powder and keep aside in plate.
3.Heat oil for deep frying,drop eggs in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
4.Heat some oil in a pan,add tempering seeds,green chillies,onions,ginger garlic paste and saute till raw smell goes off.
5.Add turmeric,tomato puree and mix well.Add some water as required and bring it to boil till oil floats on top.
6.Add salt,garam masala powder and saute,finally add fried eggs and mix well gently.Cook for a minute.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot with coriander leaves.
