Pesara Pappu Sweet Corn Halwa

Ingredients:

1.Moong dal
2.Sweet corn
3.Sugar
4.Cashew nuts
5.Cardamom
6.Badam
7.Kismis
8.Kova
9.Ghee

Preparation:

1.Melt some ghee in a pan,add dry fruits and fry till nice golden colour,transfer into a bowl.
2.In the same pan add some more ghee,moong dal paste and saute for few minutes till light brown colour.
3.Now add sweet corn and mix well,cook for few minutes.
4.Add kova and mix well till kova melts evenly.Add sugar sugar and saute till sugar melts.Sprinkle some cardamom powder and mix well.Transfer into a bowl and garnish with fried dry fruits.Serve hot.
