Ingredients:

1.Maida
2.Sugar
3.Cardamom
4.Baking soda
5.Oil for deep frying

Preparation:

1.Take a bowl add maida,baking soda,cardamom powder and mix well with water.
2.Prepare a smooth chapathi dough.
3.Rest aside the dough for 1 hr.Roll the dough ball into a thin chapathi and fold it.
4.Now cut into small pieces and keep aside.
5.Boil some water in a pan,add sugar and prepare sugar syrup till it attains thread consistency.
6.Heat some oil in a pan,heat sufficient oil for deep frying.Gently drop the pieces in hot oil and deep fry till nice golden colour.
7.Transfer into sugar syrup and soak for 10 min and serve.
