Ingredients:

1.Sorakaya
2.Carrot
3.Drumsticks
4.Dosakaya
5.Capsicum
6.Chana dal
7.Urad dal
8.Onions
9.Coriander leaves
10.Coconut grated
11.Garam masala powder
12.Turmeric powder
13.Ghee
14.Green chillies
15.Hing
16.Oil

Preparation:

1.Heat some ghee in a pan,add ground paste (chana dal,urad dal,green chilli,hing) and saute till nice aroma.
2.Add turmeric,coconut powder,drumsticks,capsicum,dosakaya,carrot,sorakaya and mix well,cover and cook till veggies are tender.
3.Add some water as required,onions,salt and mix well,cover and cook for another few minutes.
4.Finally add ground paste (chana dal,urad dal,green chilli,hing) and garam masala powder,mix well evenly.Transfer into a bowl and serve hot with coriander leaves.
