Mirchi Bajji Stuffed Curry


3.Coriander leaves
4.Curry leaves
5.Ginger garlic paste
6.Cashew nuts
7.Salt to taste
8.Garlic cloves
9.Green chillies
10.Cumin seeds
11.Mustard seeds
13.Turmeric powder


1.Dry roast gasagasalu in a pan for few minutes and transfer into a bowl.
the same pan add cumin seeds,green chillies,garlic,coconut
slices,ginger garlic paste,cashew nuts,pudina,coriander leaves,cuy
leaves and saute till raw smell goes off.
3.Now blend gasagasalu,add fried ingredients and blend into a fine paste by adding salt,turmeric powder,some water.
4.Make gashes to bajji mirchi,stuff the blended paste in it.
5.Heat some oil in a pan,add cumin,mustard seeds,garlic,ginger garlic paste,pudina leaves and saute for few minutes.
6.Add stuffed bajji mirchi,cover and cook till mirchis are tender and soft.
7.Add remaining masala paste to the frying pan and mix well,cover and cook for another few minutes.Cook till done and serve hot.
