Ingredients:

1.Sorakaya
2.Coconut grated
3.Kova
4.Wheat flour
5.Maida
6.Sugar
7.Ghee
8.Oil
9.Salt to taste
10.Baking soda
11.Cashew nuts
12.Raisins

Preparation:

1.Heat some ghee in a pan,fry dry fruits till nice golden colour and keep aside in a bowl.
2.In the same pan add some more ghee,fry sorakaya grated for few minutes till raw smell goes off.
3.Add coconut grated and fry along with sorakaya,add kova and mix well till kova melts evenly.
4.Finally add fried dry fruits and mix well,prepare a smooth dough by adding maida,wheat flour,salt.
5.Prepare a small poori with dough,meanwhile prepare round balls with sorakaya mixture and place in small poori,wrap it firmly.
6.Boil some water,now place the stuffed kachori in water and boil for 2 min.
7.Heat
sufficient oil for deep frying,transfer boiled kachori in hot oil and
deep fry till nice golden colour,garnish with coconut grated,serve hot.
